about us

This is a home to transparency.

I know with the rise of social media, people appear to “bare it all” and seem completely open in their online profiles. Hell, some truly are, but to be frank, most aren't. I know it seems like an obvious statement as I write that, but it’s true. Even the most profound posts about someone’s struggles with anorexia or the difficulty of coming out of an abusive relationship - even those posts, as amazing and enlightening of their strength may seem; even those posts don’t always tell the whole story.

Mine didn’t. I would gloss over the pain and the struggles by boldly pointing out how blessed I was. Which in part is true, but not the entire story. There were things I couldn't express because even I didn't know how to understand them.

Like many others, to this day I still struggle.

So here I am. Being utterly and completely honest with you all. Through all topics, stories, and conversations. Using my own narrative or giving the spotlight to others because their personal story can only be told by the author themselves.

So, with that, we’ve laid it out for you.

We’re all vulnerable here.
